I have been practicing Rolfing since 2003. I have extensive training in classical Rolfing techniques as well as advanced biomechanics, joint mobilization, cranial manipulation and fluid dynamics.
My practice has evolved over the years to focus not only on posture and alignment, but also on acute and chronic pain conditions, and post trauma conditions as well.
Most of my focus is hands on manual therapy, but I also use some extremely simple and powerful exercises that can dramatically speed up the healing process.
